We discovered an insight that reveals an ongoing issue of underrepresentation of women in the corporate world, despite some progress. Drawing inspiration from "Where's Waldo," we developed three print campaign pieces. These pieces serve as a thought-provoking game, encouraging viewers to find the woman and highlighting the disparity between men and women in the workplace.
Fun Facts
These prints are hand-drawn. It took two people three months to complete.
A year later, an art director from Droga5 DMed me to let us know that the similar idea on a global scale won Cannes, D&AD, and more (Here’s the link if you want to take a peek at the work).
