Find The Woman

Gender inequality is a big issue in workplaces and women are still underrepresented in every level of corporate pipeline. By taking “Find the Waldo” as a reference, we illustrated three campaign pieces.

Each piece promotes the viewers to find the woman, providing them the experience to realize the significance in the difference between the number of men in the workplaces compared to women. The three pieces show sports, workplace and politics, which represent the major work fields dominated by men.
