We found this insight revealing that the despite progress, women remain underrepresented at every level of the corporate pipeline. Using "Find the Waldo" as inspiration, we created three campaign pieces. Each encourages viewers to find the woman, offering an interactive experience that highlights the number gap between men and women in the workplace. These pieces depict sports, the workplace, and politics—key fields traditionally dominated by men.

Fun Facts 
These prints are hand-drawn. It took two people three months to complete.

A year later, an art director from Droga5 DMed me to let us know that the similar idea on a global scale won Cannes, D&AD, and more (Here’s the link if you want to take a peek at the work).
